Improving digital tools & services

I was the Product Designer in charge of all the digital tools and services used within the hotels of the Accor Group.
I’ve facilitated workshops, built and managed a design system with Figma and set the best working practices with the team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing interfaces and creating new functionalities for the tools
  • Preparing and running co-design workshops with hoteliers to gather their needs
  • Qualitative and quantitative user research (surveys, hotel immersions, field observations, interviews, focus groups)
  • Creating of personas and corresponding user paths

DESIGN SYSTEM

The design system was created to address the specific needs and pain points of the hoteliers.

It was built in Figma and helped streamlined the process and the discussions with the developers.
